We are praying to recruit two experienced Church Planters "Pauls" who along with John Anderson will give us three experienced men. We place one in Estero, one in San Carlos and one (already) in Bonita Bay.

Each man does his demographic studies (supported by Presbytery) and located three places for planting a church. Each "Paul" senior man then has a team of three junior church planters "Timothy" working in his general area, but in a network of relationships with each other. This gives us three "Paul" senior men and nine "Timothy" junior men totaling 12 church plants.

We also pray to recruit a Church Planter for Lehigh Acres. This might be a multiethnic Church Plant of a Hispanic Plant. Rev Fernando Mejia has a Hispanic Movement vision to plant a church in this area. This would be over a period of 5 to 8 years as well.

Additional plants are in the works for planting interns with established churches in our Presbytery (Timothy Project)

All totaled this makes a great prayer dream of planting 18 churches (12 + 1 + 3 + 1 + 1 = 18).
